NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL about 7 years ago by Antoinette 814-204-2156 has called me 14 times since Sept. 26 (it is now the 28th). When I texted that number twice to stop calling me, they called more often! It is regarding student loans which I do not have. I called Verizon to have the number blocked. Hopefully these annoying people will get the hint.

I contacted Choice One Communications they told me that the number in question was owned by Bandwidth.com not their company. Unless this company is in on the scam they say it isn't theirs.
