This is a Jamaican Lottery Scammer that goes by the Alias David Washington (among many others) and claims to be a 'Manager' at 'Mega Millions', 'PCH', ETC. He preys on elderly disabled seniors with memory problems and extorts money from them month after month after month until they are forced into homelessness and helplessness. He has no SOUL AND NO remorse. He will stop at nothing to bleed your helpless family members dry! He also steals identities and reroutes the disability checks and spends the money at Walmart, Amazon and stupid shopping sprees for clothes, making and nonsense for his family. He is a piece of garbage and I can't WAIT for the authorities to lock him and his fellow accomplices up! These lottery scammers use the 808 (Hawaii) area code because it is more trustworthy, but trust me he is NOT! AVOID!
