They wanted to bill an ongoing $299 computer security charge. They stated, got my name, address, etc from Microsoft Technical Support. They would not state what company they were. They claimed If I did not decline, I would be billed. I told them I could not decline what I have never ordered. This comment was ignored by both the rep and his supposed supervisor. Trash/Scam - Hung up after demanding they send me a letter mail declaring what they say. Not to be done. Just more noise.

Called us,called them back many times,foreign accent,said was computer maint. Warranty going to run out from 2yrs ago. Have no such plan!! Didnt Have any info on me. Call was disconnected after 20 seconds each time.
