NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL 3 months ago by Granny B Calls but hangs up before leaving a message. But phone number search shows Life Line. Unwanted and don't understand why FCC doesn't do anything about stopping these calls when our phone has long been registered with DO NOT CALL.

When I booked an 11 a.m. perpaid appointment, I expected to be seen before 2 p.m. and leave before 3 p.m. While I am retired, as I imagine most of their clientele are, I do have much better things to do with my day than to sit in uncomfortable folding chairs in a rented church hall, waiting...waiting...waiting to be seen. And their payment upon scheduling means we are unlikely to walk out after a reasonable period of waiting. Never again, though they've kept calling for two years.
