Same as other doubtful comments. It seems extremely unlikely any professional organization would have such a wonky and suspicious phone tree, sounds like something set up by jr. high kids as a prank or even worse.

12/6/22: Have received several calls in the last 10 days asking to verify a recent purchase on my VISA credit card; caller identifies with the name of my Credit Union and gives me the last 4 digits on my credit card. They call during day & evening hrs, and questions are automated; there is no human to talk to. They asked me for the last 4 digits of my SSN.

I listed the above comment re # 1-800-328-2071 as UNSAFE, not neutral.

Left a voice message saying they were On Pt fraud dept. This number doesn't match any number in the On Pt literature or back of credit card.

Calls pretending to be government, businesses, or family and friends was reported by a user from Chesapeake via FTC. This call was reported as a robocall.
