When I answered at first I heard the AT&T alert tone and then a recording advising that my account had been suspended. I was then asked to input my passcode (which I have no idea) and the last 4 digits of my social security number. I pressed a bunch of numbers and was then advised to hold on for customer service at which time the call disconnected. |
