This is a loan servicing company, servicing US Dept of Ed student loans. They call on occasion about my loan status and any news…. Annoying but safe. |

They called me apparently 20/21 mins ago yet never left a message. Though going by the numerous unsafe marks I will assume it is a scam considering I've already paid almost everything I owe already. |

This is great lakes, I answered their call, but they immediately hung up. My loans are caught up, and right now they're deferred thanks to the "pandemic" |

This is Great Lakes Borrower Services and they are a legitimate Student Loan Assistance Program that consolidates your loans and will help you with the Income Based Repayment. I have been using them for years and have no complaints. Their Local telephone number is 608-246-1700. Last report left a NEUTRAL report when I wanted it to be a SAFE report. |
