Linked from Best Buy chat as if a geek squad technician and then did computer work and charged to gain services for having hacked my computer in the first place, not cool;( |

I thought I was calling the Geek Squad and I got this number 1-800-209-0491. These people charged me $249.99 to repair my computer on line. I found out after-the-fact that these people are frauds. I called and demanded my money back, they agreed to return it, haven't received it yet. I'm really afraid I won't be getting it back. |
