an unsolicited robo-call comes in from this number (786-682-4328) [southern Florida area code]. it leaves the following message: "“Hi this is Amy, hope you are doing great. Sorry I missed you. I thought that you may be interested in listing your home. I’m not quite sure if I have the right number for you, it does look like I have a few here. I just wanted to give you a quick call and see if you would be interested in a cash offer. I’m a local investor here in the area and I buy 5 to 10b homes every few months. If you are interested feel free to give me a call back at (520)376-1270 repeated number….. " |
