I just called the number back and "vented" to the guy who couldn't even speak or understand English well. He was about as convincing as a kindergartener. When asked why he wanted to try to scam people that have real jobs or no jobs out of their hard earned money, he said (in broken English) that it was fun to "f(*&") with people like you." I just don't get it.

Total voice message scam.. arrest you for some unclear crime! I called back told them I was authorities and call was now traced! They hung up!

'Pretty much the same as the last comments. This is obviously someone out to scam people. No one answered when I called the number. I enjoy "venting" on people like this. Since I should be being "picked up on a "warrant by the IRS" this afternoon, maybe they couldn't answer their phones while they were driving. There has to be some way to stop this kind of call. Last month I was called and told that I owed $987 to the power company or my power would be shut off within 45 minutes if I didn't go to the Winn Dixie and get some cash card off of the kiosk and pay immediately. This is nuts.

Recording that threatens to collect you and put you in custody because of a cryptic case against you. I called number back. Man with unamerican accent said the company name was Tex Crime and gave me two bogus addresses. One in Washington DC and one in coral gables Florida. I would report this but there is most likely some high level US government politicians running the scam just like the Nigerian email scams. This shit just never goes away.

Just received a call from this number threatening me with legal action . . . showed up on my phone as "IRS SCAM" using Truecaller

A threatening voicemail was left on my phone that I was going to be arrested! I called and reported this to the SAPD. How are they not getting caught??

This is a scam. It’s a shit computer voice, like the ones “anonymous” uses, threatening some “legal action.” These men are pussies. Easily triggered. Don’t answer. Don’t call them back. Don’t interact with them.
