773-125-4580 is a spoofed phone number that you can't even block because it doesn't render properly as a legitimate number. It's a theft ring scamming people with alleged Medi-cal or Medicare information. These idiots are so bad that they even got my address, age, birth date all wrong and on top of that they can't even do math for trying to figure out an age from a birth date. Moreover, it's a foreign accent, likely Pakistan or there abouts, and Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Social Security not only is not this stupid, they don't call you on a phone like this for anything. As far as scammers/thieves go, dumb as a rock! Stupidest scammers I've ever had call me.
