This is a number associated with a front (school) in Australia (araratwestps.vic.edu.au/) in Victoria, that is soliciting for interest in selling a timeshare. they phish for your info, (email that you provide) then the next contact says they have a contract for your timeshare but the deal can't go through until you send funds to an escrow account in Mexico. Why would a school want your timeshare??? why would funds go to Mexico??? Total scam. Their affiliate that is doing the same thing is kaleencubbyhouse.act.edu.au. they both are targeting anyone with a US phone number.
