This is supposedly a bank credit card company saying I am qualified for a lower interest rate and press 1 or this offer will be canceled. I pressed 1 and was asked what was the credit card I owned I said American Express. She wanted to know the balance due. I told the girl my cc balance was $11,471.19 (not) and she transferred me (to the "supervisor"?) He said 'I see you pay your cc promptly. He asked for the number and I said "I am not giving you- my numbers" and he said he just needed to verify them. I told him that if he had my record in front of him he can read ME the numbers and I would verify them. He said have a nice day. It was nicer than the FU I received from the last guy. |
