I just now got a call in Columbus, Indiana, from scammers giving this phone number, claiming to be doing a software update, giving me a discount, and asking for money up front. I could tell immediately that they were not from Comcast as they claimed, which does software updates daily in the middle of the night. |

Said they were from Dish Network Threatened to shut service off in 24hours if I didn't pay the refundable $273.00 refundable dollars. I would get 3 free months of dish network and a 2 year discount. |
