Unsolicited call from "Telemarketer"; caller hung up leaving no identification; no message. Two distinct sounds of hang up heard, seconds apart. Using another phone, return call made to 1 740 293 4112 phone ringing not heard, but male-voiced message: "You have reached Call Center Consulting, All agents are busy. If you want to be on no call ...." (not knowing what that might bring on, I hung up.). Highly suspicious because call was unsolicited, and no identification or purpose of call given. Reported to FTC.
