Financial ploy to steal money from people, telling them they are “pre-approved” for an enormous loan “based on your credit history.” Every single day, twice a day and each time the number on the called ID is different by 1 or 2 digits at the end of the phone number string. Caller ID also lists the city of origin as the city within our state where many prisons are located, including one of the federal government’s “Super Max” facilities.
