Same experience as everyone else. I think it's a fraud. Sent email to my electric company's customer service reporting this as questionable.

Got a voicemail from a person identifying herself as Kim Robertson from 'my electric company'. She had called my husband's cell phone (which the electric company does not have on file). Stated there was a problem with the supply charge on my bill. She gave me a reference number and a return phone number to call. (440)-472-2083 AND I was to be sure to have a copy of my bill at hand. I recently paid my bill so I am quite sure there is no problem.

This number called posing as the electric company. They did not identify them as OUR electric company, but rather asked us to identify our account number, name on the account and SSN to verify our serious discrepancy in billing. Since we are on auto payment, I knew this was bogus. I checked my account and we have a $0.00 balance. I can say with great confidence that this was a SCAM.

Total scam!!! This number wants you to call back and give them personal information such as SSN and passwords. DO NOT CALL them or give them any personal information. SHAME on them.

Unwanted Calls was reported by a user from Atwater via FCC.
