Received a call from Brandy, who was extremely rude. She would not answer my questions regarding where this mysterious debt was from. She said that she called me in December and did not understand why I need to ask the same questions again regarding this mysterious cash advance. She stated that she is an adult and is not in the business to repeat herself. Then asked me if I had short term memory loss and was that why I didn't remember. I requested to speak to a manager and kept getting transferred to someone else. When they would pick up the phone they would just say "processing" I asked to speak to a manager again and same thing happened. Before Brandy transferred me she said that she was going to file a compliant in my county. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE!! what the heck does that even mean? My really doubt my county even cares! These are such scumbag people they make me sick.

They said it's a courtesy call and that I owed a payday loan and they gave me an old address (from colorado) where I have not lived in over 20 years, plus no payday loans were ever taken from that address. Supposedly this is an arbitration call and that they don't have to report to the credit reports is why nothing is shown on the report.. I told her I already know they are a scam and that I will report to police as well as FCC, etc. I also have not lived in Colorado in the past 12 years. Apparently they are calling from somewhere in Texas but calling for Colorado. I have blocked the number. They were rude as well along with their lies.

Kelly Wilson - Supervisor /after calling to have my number removed from the persons contact info... Which was not mine. I spoke with a person after 1hour and 30 mins of calling 6054131500. I asked to speak with supervisor mulitple times to have them hang up or lie to me. I pulled a random name out of the hat "Mike Turrino" and told the supervisor her was of ethnic deceant ( A made person with made up name) and she confirmed that she does have a Mike Tyrrino working there.... When went to document that SHE did in fact remove my number the number she read back WAS NOT my number but she took my number again to remove it. I qouted FCC and FTC regulations about Telecommunications to her and She told me her company does not have to follow FCC regulations. The funny thing is the Main number is in South Dakota, but she called me from Forth Worth Texas! This is a SCAM, They can not take you to court, they can't even file a complaint to a Person in TEXAS as Texas is a Debtors-Free System Meaning there s not Debtors Jail! Also the compnay was Legal Arbitration Plus.

Asking for money otherwise will file a judgement against me. Not able to give me name of who I owe and where. Just gave general info. Said had to have my attorney call him, would not send info to attorney.
