I was contacted by this number; they stated they were from Cash Advanced American and that they were a mediation group. Yet doing a search on the number does not show any BBB Company (therefore seems to be illegal). The woman I spoke to was VERY unprofessional; kept over talking me; wouldn't tell me any further details; said she wouldn't send me proof of my debt even after I told her that my identity was stolen in 2012-2013; and then hung up on me! She told me legal action was being taken for fraud, I told her the law in Alabama & that's when she got defensive& wouldn't shut up long enough for me to ask what all this was. |
