I answered without looking at caller ID. Computer scam call. Told him my brother has my computer and he would have to call him and he agreed to call. I gave him the phone number for the police department, ask for Mr. BOLO in department 1055. So far these vulture calls have stopped.

Repetitive daily calling. I never answer. They still call at least twice a day. One day four times. As late as 8 p.m

Call 3 to 4 times a day

This company calls multiple times a day starting at 9:30 a.m. and continuing until around 10:00 PM. They leave no message. The phone ID says "XCEL ENERGY", but I'm doubtful. I do not answer, since I have not information of that company and do not recognize the number.

same story: guy with Indian accent says there's been a problem with my computer security ... and he's from apple ... I did recently buy protection from apple ... so they may have some way of knowing that.

Repetitive calls 2 or 3 times a day. I never answer. I consider it to be harassment. They are blocked from leaving a message, but I have to clear the voice mail even so as it says there is a message. No message there.

4 to 6 calls per day!!!!! 11AM, 12:31 PM, 5:20 PM, 7:59PM..... I am SO sick of it. They will not take NO for an answer.

Computer technician scam

This number has called me at least twice a day for the last two weeks. I usually don't answer numbers that I don't know and assumed it was a scam. They kept calling. I finally answered for the first time a couple days ago.  They waited to respond when I answered. Then some guy with an Indian accent came on and said he was a computer tech and that my computer was sending out signals saying it needed fixed. Then asked me if he could take over the computer to fix it.  Obviously I said no told him to quit calling me and quit trying to scam people. He insisted it wasn't a scam and I hung up. *Fun fact* I don't even have a computer.  The same number called me later that night and then continued at least twice a day until I finally answered again tonight. A guy with an accent said that he was my computer specialist and asked how I was doing. I told him that I wasn't doing good because they keep calling me even though I already told them I wasn't interested in what they were trying to sell.  The guy instantly started cursing and talking crap about me and my family then said that he was going to keep calling me and harassing me.  I blocked the number so hopefully I don't hear from whoever this is again. These people are nuts!

Thank goodness for a phone with Call Block on it! They call 4 and 5 times a day! I can still see on the one phone that's not connected to the Call Block when they've called, but thanks to the Call Block it only rings once. They still don't seem to be getting the hint though. I've picked up and said nothing before, thinking it was likely a robo call, and they hung up. I've threatened to call the police and they still call back multiple times a day!

Multiple calls per day. I finally answered and waited for someone to speak. They say there is a problem with some software on my computer and they want to fix it. I asked what problem and what software specifically and they can't say. They will walk you through basic things that are the same on all computers to try and convince you they can see the problem too (don't fall for this). They want remote access to my computer - this is a SCAM. Caller always has East Indian accent. This is not a bonafide company. Once you answer they call even more - even if you never answer again. If you answer they are very slow to pick-up, calls originate from an automated call center.

Same here. I have blocked the call, another attempt was made this morning. Keep in mind that any number can ngee entered buy a person internet calling. There is someone currently doing this in Montana. The current number they are using star with cell phone numbers starting with 406-860-XXXX

Get calls from this number daily as well as calls from other numbers from the same company. It's a computer scam. Always Indian accent. They are relentless. For me, this has been going on since 2016. They are like cockroaches and will never go away.

I received 7 miss calls from this number yesterday. Today I answered it and I was told that this person with a accent, was the one that worked on my computer. I told him that no one works on my computer, I built it and I'm the only one that works on it. Then I hung-up on him.
