Rec'd a phone call from a lady who said someone has filed a complaint because of a loan a took out. complete scam she said i needed a lawyer in 48 hours and this is how the procedure works and I should give a statement. BS.. if some needed to serve me then they will serve with a subpoena. studpid scam

First, a man had been calling me for several months hey said I have committed fraud for a loan I supposedly took out. Said I was going to be served at my job to appear in court if I did not pay them the amount I owed. I kept asking questions but he never gave me the answers to my questions, asked him to send me something in the mail stating the amount "owed" and company name and he said they could not do that. Today I received a nasty call from a young lady I asked her not to be calling me and hung up. She called me again and on voicemail left a message pretending to be speaking to someone else that and all she said was "serve her at the job".

Complete scam.....Seriously....called me to let me know there were serious allegations against me and if I didnt pay they would send the police to arrest me. If you give these people any money.....your a moron

I got a call just now from a man saying he is calling to attempt to collect a debit. He is from AllocationAdjustment and wanted me to verify my last 4 digits of as# I told him that's not it and he said he will see me in court.

(650)870-0456 called my number asking about my mom and said she committed fraud for a online loan, I started asking questions like what is the loan number, they couldn't tell me, I asked when did they get the loan, they couldn't answer me, I asked who to speak to at the loan company, they said the loan company doesn't want to speak to us. I HUNG UP. LOL

Rec'd a call on my cell phone...called on a land line to find out what the company name was...the man who answered did not have an accent but would not top talking over me...I continued to ask the company name, I was finally able to state I got a call on my cell and was calling to find out the company name he proceeded to ask me who I was and the number the call came on I kept stating that I needed the company name and he would not state it so I hung up...then he called back 4 times on the land line I used and I hung up on him each time.

Received a call and all she knew was my name. No one provided a call recording disclosure which was already a red flag. She said it was for a Payday loan which I know is a lie. And when I asked her to send me something via mail she "refused" by asking me to let her finish explaining why I've never heard of Midland Financial as well as why suit was brought against me then she could answer any concerns. She was very hostile and we never got anywhere in the conversation. I ended the call once I realized that she wouldn't be mailing anything. Every creditor would have sent it in writing.

the company that called is allocation adjustment services. They say I have commited bank fraud for a loan I supposedly took out. They can not give the actual date the loan was taken out, or who the bank is that is suing me. Another number that they have called on is 804-482-4021 which comes up as Vietlink Global. When I called that number back they say they don't know anything about that. I did not take out any loan at that time and I had a bankruptcy against me at the time. No one would give me a loan it had only been 4 yrs since the bankruptcy. This is fraud. also; they will not send any paperwork in regards to this loan. Stating that is was done on line. I know for a fact they still do a credit check and would not authorize a loan for me.

They called me 3 times and threatening me to sued me because they said there's a complain against me of my ssn and I asked who they are the woman that called me first she's from relocation and I asked what relocation??? I told her I have no clue what you talking about and I hang up and the next day a man called me with an accent to contact them didn't say what company they same number 650-870-0456 I let my cell phone goes to the voicemail. I have no clue who they are and where they from ,what they are calling for!!!

I received a called from this #650-870-0456 saying that they have a complain about my ssn and I ask them what's the company name? She didn't say but she has an accent and I told her I don't know what she's talking about and I hang up and she called again and left messaged on my cell threatening to contact my employee if they do I'll sued them because I have no clue what they are talking about.
