He is trying to steal personal ID to use in his other crimes which likely include human trafficking and child prostitution. Even calls earlier than 8 a.m.!!! they think they are above the law. Should they abuse your phone line as well, please contact law enforcement, after blocking them of course. unfortunately, they will just change numbers though...
