god damn scam/phishing/piece of shit visher--by--A! machine, which changes numbers every call so you can never block them, really. That and that alone is the only reason that it says no one complained about this number before. they are trying to steal personal ID to use in their other crimes which include human traffikcing and child prostitution. Please contact San Francisco Police Department. Only you call them back at the same number they called you only seconds before, and a robo male voice tells you the 'subsciber is not available, if you feel you have reached this number in error, please try again.' they have no law enforcement or government enforcement, probably because they bribe. the only defense one has is to unplug your phone.
