serial abusive scam/spam/phishing/spoofing criminal caller to my do not call registered number. no one cares. they bribe the FCC and FTC, most likely, because they don't do anything. It's a shame, because this person is trying to steal personal ID to use in his other crimes which likely include human trafficking and child prostitution. Should I report him as not wearing a mask at Walmart? Maybe that would be considered a worse crime in my blue area...
