serial abusive scam/spam/criminal prank callers, to my do not call number. when you call the number back, no one is available to answer even immediately after same abusive spam/prank call. I have asked them not to call repeatedly. you see, they are desperately trying to steal personal ID to use in their other crimes which include child prostitution and human trafficking. when they call to spam YOU, after blocking them of course, please contact the San Mateo Police Department. they have been reported.
