It's part of a collection agency run by either Chase Bank or Citi Bank, perhaps even both.. It is against all Federal Law, as they must have your written permission to do so, but no Bank will dare certify their part of it, when indeed they are, more so than not.. This is just one of many area codes and numbers they use.. It's all over the country, and world, as both those banks have branches in multiple countries, including Russia, Iran, Mexico, and numerous others.. Be Careful, and don't be afraid to file a Complaint, I've already filed 5 with the Federal Government, two of them today.. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
