I received a call at 608pm from this number after leaving the scene of an accident on I10, normally I wouldn't not have answered but the number was from Phoenix and I didn't know if the police needed more information from me. A woman speaking in Spanish said something about electricity and 3 days so I hung up. I called the number back recently and got a recording in English saying press any key to be removed that would take 24 to 48 hours. Now since my number was blocked how are they going to remove my number, no other options were available. I also wonder if this is a target call since it was in Spanish a language I do not speak.
