Continues to call using different numbers. Never says a word. How sad.

this number is also associated with the following numbers: 619-468-2180: 619-468-2540; 619-468-2732; Continues to call and no one on the line. It's the same company.......Have received calls from each of these & sure there are more.

This number calls me about once a month. When I answer, the person is silent, but I can hear him/her breathing on the line. Most likely a scam. Or maybe just a total creepster...?

Based on the comment by another user, I have blocked the number from calling my cell phone.

They are a solar company, so this is someone violating the Do Not Call List.
