These people must think I am stupid. These days if I do not have the number of an incoming call already ID'd on my contacts list, I never, ever, ever, answer it. Ever. Then I immediately look up the number on sites such as this, almost always find existing complaints about it already filed, and then post one of my own. I get calls all the time that I used to answer and try and engage like a polite grownup, until I realized that any call from an unfamiliar number these days is nothing but a scam looking to mine credit card numbers from the unsuspecting. This so-called "Midland Credit Management" is just another data-mining harassment hoax, and I won't bite.

says this is for Midland Credit chasing bad debt - I just checked my free credit report from the government and have no bad debt and a very high credit score over 800. This is just another phone number from a long list of phone numbers they are using. Have blocked and will continue to do so. This is pure harassment.
