"Miss Murphy" called from END THERM in reference to our Dominion East Ohio bills and the rebate we were owed. I hung up, she called back. Very persistent! If only these telemarketers would work as hard at something of real value instead of misinformation! |

These people called my office pretending to be informing us of a rebate on our Columbia Gas bill that we had not received. We do not get billed directly for our gas so I told her it could not be true. She continued to try to fish for info. Total scam. She went by Jennifer McDill. Probably also fake. |

Tried to make it seem they're Columbia Gas and there is a problem with invoices. Call repeatedly, I have no issues with the Columbia Gas billing. |
