Received threatening calls from this number 2 days in a row. They call from (312) 319-9630 but say I have to return the call at (612) 263-6407.

Was called by (312) 319-9630. Was told to call (612) 263-6407. They threatened to serve me at my place of employment for two counts against me. Funny part is I changed my last name about 6 years ago. They called asking for the old last name.

Threatening to serve papers on me at my residence or place of employment. Did not say what for. Called my mother's home phone, cell phone & friend's daughter's cell.

I had someone from 313-319-9630 and leave a message for me to call back 612-263-6407. When I called back they asked me for a file number, which I didn't have. Then they asked if I was calling from the number I was contacted on. The girl said her name is Heather Lang with In House Solutions, and when I wouldn't give her my social she told me that she would just send my file to the courts. I called back and when she answered she asked the same thing.... do you have file number.... same phone number?.... I answered no and yes again, and then she said, "Your info has already been sent off to court." I asked who she was and she said, "You'll find out when you receive your summons." And then she hung up. I keep calling back annoying them. I got a guy on the phone once that said his name was Jason Long. Ironic, Heather Lang and Jason Long.

Same calls and messages received as others. Submitting complaints to FCC, ATT, local phone service, etc. Definitely unsafe and preditory.

Hate to tell everyone that they have all your information including your soc sec #.

I have received the same. They even called my mom and my kids phones. They threatened my mom who is 87 that I was getting sued.

3rd time looking for another party this number left as a message for being served. Calling from 210 area code.

They have called me multiple times on both work and home phone. They use intimidation and threats as their tactics. They state: "I received a fax order regarding a complaint that has been filed against you. I have been retained to serve you with documents at either your residence or place of employment...You have officially been notified." and then leave different case numbers each time to reference. These people need to be arrested. They are preying on people. They try to make themselves sound like a lawyer who is going to serve you, and they are using intimidation to lure people into whatever trap they have.

They called me constantly and leave different voicemails with different threatening messages. They say they will pursue me at my workplace and residence, they will come to my workplace and deliver papers to Human Resources, etc. Some times it is a male voice, sometimes a female voice. They call me EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Two calls from this number, one claiming to be a litigator seeking damages on behalf of a bank, the second threatening to send an agent to my door to serve a complaint. Told the second to be sure the agent had life insurance paid up.

Calling my home for my wife making hollow threats to contact her place of employment, so I called them back and cursed them all out!..And they called back the next day! What idiots!
