Called my work and asked for so and so. I answered saying this is she, they then asked what I needed. I told them "You called me, what can I help you with?" They then told me to "sit down" and then "stand up" and then "take a drink of water". I told them "Do you have anything related to work to ask me" and hung up.

Called work heavy accent asked for me said they needed medical records. I took the phone said this is she and they hung up. Tried to call back number didn't work. Very weird.

Asked if this is so and so and I said how can I help you then repeated my first and last name and I repeated how can I help you then hung up. Never verified my name and you shouldn’t either.

Called place of business (university) asking for someone who was not listed in the directory. Male with thick accent, insisted on trying to find the individual then finally gave up when it was clear he could not articulate himself clearly.
