Caller ID showed that the call was from "Childautismorg". The lady calling was on behalf she was calling on behalf of the Child Autism Organization and to my knowledge, there is no organization by this name. I recognized the voice from other calls from so-called charities, so I stopped her in the middle of the pitch and said to place me on the do not call list. The voice continued while I was talking as if the call was actually a robocall but had someone playing the recorded message and it took a few seconds for the to change over the message according to your response. After the delay, they said they would place my number on the do not call list. Out of curiosity, I called the number back and received a recording sayin the saying, "The number dialed is not in service. Please check the number and try again, goodbye." This is a fake recording as I called other numbers intentionally with the same area code, exchange and sequence of numbers (even one number different) and that recorded message says "We're sorry, your call can not be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again" and is also in a different voice.
