Voicemail doesn't give the phone called from, it is all garbled like the other calls: Hey how's it going this is Lisa not quite sure if I have the right phone number to be honest, I just came across your property and thought I would reach out to see if you are interested in an all cash offer for your home I'm a local investor in the area....... said she buys 5 to 10 homes monthly, then gives return phone #. She isn't local to me as I do not live in Phoenix AZ and to me 100+ miles isn't local. This info was found a thru a reverse lookup: (602) 833-5317 is a voip number serviced by Twilio - Inteliquent - SMS-Sybase365/MMS-SVR. d
