An unwanted call from this Canada special services number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, a recorded message from a robocaller (unlawful telemarketer) stated that my bills would go higher unless I filed an application for a special government exemption. An exemption from the Canadian government for a U.S. resident??? Folks, this is a scam, pure and simple! |
