This was a so-called "Travel Service". First on the line was a man with no accent engaging me in small talk. He asked how the weather was where I am. I had looked at the caller ID and it was local so I said it's the same as where you are calling from. He said that he was in Florida. He then transferred me (I did not need to press 1) to someone with a Indian accent which turned into a British accent as the call continued. At this point a recorded phone message broke in (and continued breaking in throughout the call) saying something about transferring a call instructions. He said he had a great travel package for $619. I asked how much would it cost me up front. After a pause he said "Well...half". I started laughing and said, "In your dreams! What's your name again?". He said Sean. I then asked the name of his company...he hung up. I immediately redialed the number a got a recording saying that this number was no longer in service.
