Same as everyone else -- claimed to be calling from Microsoft Security. When is someone going to do something about robocalls? THE PHONE COMPANIES COULD STOP THIS IF THEY WANTED TO! Of course they probably won't act without government intervention.

I answered call and a robo recording came on and said "Someone is trying to hijack your computer and tried to steal your personal information if it's not fixed right away, then your computer will become Obsolete and all of your credential information. They got compromised. If you are the one who is using Microsoft Windows in your computer than please call 561-763-8566, or press one now to speak with security team now, please ignore if we called you by mistake. Thanks. "

I received a call from this number and they actually left a voice message this time. It is the same as others have reported regarding Windows being compromised … I also received several calls on our house phone at our second residence. The last time they call here I told them there was no way because I didn't even own a computer. The guy hung up.

Received a call from MicroSoft Windows Security Help Center that someone was trying to hack my computer and if I don't call immediately for them to "fix" the issue, my computer will become obsolete and my credentials will be stolen. Instructions are to Press "1" or call 561-763-8566. out of curiosity, I called and asked for the tech's name: Mike Wallace (really???) I told him I would hang up and call MicroSoft and ask for him. I did call MS and was told that they NEVER call customers.
