Have been receiving off and on all summer and again very recently. ALSO--Am receiving similar message in Print and Audio on my Microsoft system Computer--about six times in last 4 weeks. It interjects right into whatever I am doing Online and takes over. The "message" takes up the whole screen. I have never read it all as I immediately sign off--nothing else gets rid of it. I immediately sign back on with no problems.
