Yet every time they've called for the past year, they've said it was my final offer... even when they called twice a day! DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL DATA TO THEM!!! Calls from 530-441-1039 and says nothing, line open for about 2 minutes, then a hang-up.

After receiving many calls from this number, I answered. Young woman started to tell me they could lower my college loan. I explained that I was 78 years old and did not nor did I ever have a college loan and asked that they remove my number from their list. After receiving another call, I blocked the number.

receiving harassing calls form this number. They don't leave a message

Repeatedly get these calls - since AOL took Verizons e-mail I now get these calls on my cell phone.(Figure AOL is selling the numbers - never had this problem with Verizon e-mail) Supposedly this call is about student loans. I have either not answered or pushed 9 to be put on their do not call in the past numerous times. This time I answered and told DeWayne I am a 73 year old woman who has NEVER had a student loan and I was tired of telling them to put me on their do not call. Told him this time I was going to report them. Before I could finish my sentence of course DeWayne hung up, and not politely.
