NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL about 3 years ago by John Called, said from police organization, wanted a donation, kept saying do I have a promise to pay them, over and over, I finally wondered why it was a local area code only they he said they were in Nevada, which means he was lying. I said I have to think on it and then hung up. Sounds fishy to me.
