Ok, so I answered this call by accident waiting for a hospital call. I know this is a spoofed (not 100%) as it the same prefix as mine and I get numerous calls from 248 T-Mobile numbers. The call was a recording from Katie selling insurance. I am unaware of mobile phones that make prerecorded phone calls but could be wrong. I called the number using VOIP and recording said the number is restricted or ? and to contact?. |
