Computer Scam. They didn't bother to ask for your name but instead just said your computer is not working properly and wants you to check in your computer apps and tell them which are running and which are not. They then will try and tell you this is supposed to be running and that we will need to download some sort of remote access. So they can gain full control over your computer.
