Says it's from Municipal Services Bureau and I need to call a certain number "regarding an important matter". This has been going on for months. They use a wrong name as an owner of my phone. RoboCall - I would classify it as spam. |

a recording that has been calling for 6 months about a mysterious debt. maybe if they checked our credit reports they would find no such mysterious debt exists, as we both have near perfect scores |
