warranty for car scam call from California

Left no message, but since out of state non recognized checked here for scam, and benefit from those unlucky enough to answer. I don't understand why there is not a feedback mechanism to see who is using this number and shut them down.

I answered, They wouldn't respond, and then hung up after 24 seconds. Happens Randomly From about twice a week.

Telemarketer scam. I wish the government would enforce the do not call list, but they are not doing so anymore. So, I block the numbers and send them off to lala land

Multiple unsolicited calls with a recording for car warranty. I pressed the number they said would remove me from their call list. I finally decided to talk to them just to get rid of them and the lady says "we decided we don't want to offer you a warranty" and hung up. So annoying.
