Told me I had federal charges pending. I wasn't born yesterday

"US Treasury and it is imperative you call me" Federal charges pending. scam

509-570-5114. Kevin Mason was his name, he stated that if I did not contact him I'd be in violation of the US Treasury and it is a federal criminal offense.

I received the same call as listed below. I returned the call which was answered by a woman stating it was the U.S. Treasury. When I asked why Kevin Mason had called she wouln't answer. Then when I said that I was reporting the number and the message left to the police, she hung up!

I just got the same call that said the same thing. A message was left saying "I'm calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the us treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional ... etc. How do we report this and get it stopped?

Got the same call as the last two reports just now. Called twice, but I missed both calls.

Fraud, telemarketing waste of time, threat of legal action, scum of the earth types!

Yup Kevin Mason (with a foreign accent whoever he really is) has been harassing me too. Once from South Dakota and this time from Spokane WA. Same scenario as everyone else!

Received message just now stating call is from Kevin Mason that there is an enforcement action from US Treasury and I must reply or face appearance before judge or grand jury. Press 1 to speal to a senior attorney. Pres 2 to face legal action. (Excuse me???!!!!)

This caller said he was Kevin Mason from the U.S. Treasury Dept. They do not and will not call people. This is a fraud call.

I recieved an email that said it was from COX but it is not! It was same scam with scare tactics to try and steal your money. Do not fall for scam. Always check your full header b4 you click an attachment. Wether you recieved an email with these scare tactics or a phone call, don't be a victim of this SCAM!! REPORT INFO....

Received a call as below from Kevin Mason - he has certainly been busy today

Caller id'd himself as Kevin Mason and told me I had a serious financial issue with the US treasury. He could tell I was playing with him and he said he was sending officers to my home to arrest me. Good luck, a hole, I'm on a cruise ship. Typical third world loser using our technology to razzle dazzle us out of our money. I'd love to meet him face to face.

Identical to the rest of the reports. Mine was left on my answering machine. Hard to tell if live person or robo call but all the same info as the rest of these reports.

Another scam by what sounds like a foreigner. Message warned me that I'm in financial teouble. Hahaha

Harassment call from unknown person, Kevin Macon, claimed to be from the U.S. Dept. of Treasury. Threatened that if his call is not returned, it would be a U.S. Federal offense.

Received two calls today. One from 509-570-5114 and the other from 817-533-9843. Both with same message, but used different names. Sounded like same person.Both sounded foreign. One at 8:38Am and the other at 8:55AM.

Kevin Mason called about proceedings against us from U S Treasury. It was a recording in our voice mail.

Trouble is some will be conned by this twit and others like him. This needs to be on local news stations " Be aware of this type of call "

yup got a called from this number didn't understand horrible English accent. People don't fall for scammers and fraud.

The con just left the same msg. This guy should be arrested.

10:51am Pacific Time - message from "Kevin Mason" (slight Birmingham-Indian accent) threatening my phone machine with enforcement action from the US Treasury, "ignoring this will be a federal criminal offense". If only the real US Govt could do its tax-paid job and arrest this criminal creep.

I got the same call with the same information. I man with an accent identifying himself as Kevin Mason and threatening criminal action from the Treasury depart if I do not cooperate

Got this scam call yesterday. Doubt his name is really Kevin Mason since he has a heavy foreign accent. But, yeah, don't fall for it. It's a total scam.

Robocalls was reported by a user from Somewhere via FCC.
