I received 2 emails, supposedly from Geek Squad, stating I had been charged $299 and $297.50 to renew my plan. After checking the email addresses and the numbers (831-298-6198 is the other number given), this is not the case. |

Said he was from Geek Squad to cancel a Charge Gave me a download to cancel Charge the download would take control of my Computer I hung up. |
