RoboCall Recording claiming to be from Chase Bank about my existing Visa and Master Card accounts (I don't have any) and that I must press 1 to keep my accounts open for extended benefits. Press 1 now or this will be canceled. The approach is using Urgency and Threat of Loss as enticements. This is a classic technique clearly used to intimidate, frighten, and instill a need to comply. I am reporting this to reportfraud.ftc.gov |
