Just trying to rip us off

The company's name is BGA and Associates. They claim to be a loaw firm based out of Texas but they are not a legal firm nor are they recognized by the Texas Bar Association. Please file a complaint on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau so they can intervene. consumerfinance.gov

received a phone call from phone number 302-466-3415 saying that I have 2 pending matters with the threat of harassing me at my place of work/residence and that I have been notified in a condecending tone of voice with out any further clarification.

The person who called me at my new phone number with a case number and asked for an ex husband I escaped from over 27 years ago, and is serving a life sentence for murder in a Texas prison. She hung up on me when she realized I wasn't someone she could scam. Unfortunately, complaining on here or anywhere else will bring nothing but being able to let someone else know that these people are straight up garbage makes me very happy.

The call was for Tywanda Edwards. The person in question has 2 complaints against her and then a case number 493768. They called my phone 3 times. All 3 times it went to voicemail. I have so many of them calling per day I just leave my phone on mute. This sounds on par with the rest of these complaints. The caller is using a number from somewhere in Bowden Georgia?

This number has called me several times making threats to call my human resources depth for some sort of debt.

I just had the same thing happen. Left a voice mail saying I had two complaints against me and to call them back. As soon as I did she was very rude and I barely had a chance to talk. Said I was sent collection notices from my old bank from at least 10 years ago. I never have gotten anything from that bank. They kept saying I had to pay or else they will see me in court. I told her I don't have the money for court costs, she said good luck and hung up. They never gave me any other information. Just very rude and kept hanging up.

I received the same threats as many others. Totally fraudulent call

This is a robo call and when you call it back its not an active message center.... its just a fake trying to get you to think its official but it wont take the claim number they left on my voicemail. Its totally a scammer and they call several numbers. Said they needed information to be able to serve us and there was an outside of state cival case !!! Not !!!

Someone called saying they needed my location to file multiple complaints on my behalf, fishy.

Have 2 cases against me and say they will find me and I will have no protection! Very threatening!

Recorded msg from "the processing department" with voice overlay of a name (not in household) about claim being filed. 'Interesting' in that the message mentions not being able to contact the person they are seeking, but may/will contact the person sought at their residence or place of work - 'interesting' in that if they do not know where the sought person is and have been unable to contact them, how will they contact the person at their residence or place of employment? - SCAM!

Calling telling me I took out a Payday Loan for $700.00 in April 2019. Had my bank pull that months records. No Deposit of $700 was put into my account! They are so RUDE too!

says i have a claim with many legal actions against me. I highly doubt it but I am a victim of identity theft. someone stole my identity 8 years ago and its a living hell

Yeah, I got this same number calling me twice now, threating legal action.
