Called my number stating they were a courier and that I had better be home tomorrow between noon-5 or they would come to my job! That if they came to my job to serve me papers, a manager would need to be present to 'witness'. And that I needed at least one form of I.D... My question is, why do I need to have a witness at work, but not at home?? Such a scam! |

Said he was looking for Jerry Rodriguez. Told him he was not employed with us. Told him to take us off his list. Said no I will not. I will be there. |

Said he was coming to my house Monday, although I told him I was not the person he said I was. He told me that hanging up would not stop him from showing up. SCAMMER. |

Richard (a legal courier) called saying he had papers to serve me for Denton County Texas and he would be coming by my house this afternoon even though I live in NY now. That will be a long trip for him. Bring it on scammer.When I told him he was a scammer he got mad and rude. |
