Call came at 6:30 am when I was still asleep. Claimed to be Medicare wanting to know if my mom's new card came. They had her full name, address and phone number. I wish I hadn't been half asleep when this happened. If I'd been more alert I'd just hung up and not talked to the person. Medicare does not call people like this. I didn't give out the new card number. I called Medicare. This was a scam call. |
